Our clay and ceramic pieces are delicate by nature. Each item is meticulously packed with multiple layers of protection to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the condition of items once they leave our hands.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any damages that may occur during transit.

Drawings and Artwork
Our original drawings are equally delicate and are packaged securely to preserve their integrity. We use high-quality materials to protect your artwork while in transit. However, once shipped, the risk of damage passes to the carrier, and we cannot accept responsibility for any harm that may occur during delivery.
As such, all sales of drawings and artwork are final.
