Uniqueness of Art Pieces:

Each piece sold by House of Westberg is handcrafted and unique, subject to slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These characteristics are an integral part of what makes our work bespoke and should not be viewed as flaws. We celebrate the uniqueness of each piece, as no two pieces are exactly alike.

Custom Orders and Intellectual Property:

Custom orders are crafted with the individual preferences of our customers in mind. However, all design rights and intellectual properties remain with House of Westberg and Emily Westberg. Custom designs or bespoke pieces may not be reproduced or copied without permission.

Resale of Artwork:

Any resale of artwork must credit Emily Westberg as the original artist. The owner may resell the artwork, but it must be acknowledged that the piece was created by Emily Westberg.

Alterations:

No alterations, additions, or modifications may be made to the artwork without the express written consent of the artist. Any unauthorized alterations may void any existing warranties and the authenticity of the artwork.
